Cancellation Policy
If workshops do not reach the minimum enrollment by 72 hours before the first class, the workshop may be cancelled or rescheduled and students will receive a full refund.
Students must give at least 72 hours notice to cancel workshop enrollment. Once the first class has started, refunds are no longer offered.
In the Beginner Workshop each class’ focus will build upon the previous class. Because so much is covered, it is important to make all efforts to attend each class in your session. If a class is missed you may book a private session to learn what was taught in the missed session, however there is no guarantee you will finish the class project.
Please notify Rachael via email if you will be missing a class. In rare cases we may be able to accommodate a class make-up. Class make-ups are not guaranteed.

Etiquette and Culture Norms
This is an inclusive, supportive and positive environment where we are all welcome. We offer patience and respect, and expect the same in return.
All scheduled classes start and end on time. Please be prompt in your arrival and departure. If you arrive late to class please do your best to quietly get settled and wait patiently to get support catching up with the group.
Please do not attend any class if you are under the influence of any substances or are not feeling well.
By enrolling in and attending Grove House Sewing Studio classes you understand that we work with machinery, sharp and hot items. It is expected that all students respect and use all items in a cautious and safe manner.
Use all supplies and equipment as intended.
Disruptive, rude or endangering behavior is not acceptable and instructors reserve the right to pull students from class. If a student is dismissed based on disruptive or endangering behavior a credit will not be issued.
